Biography
Paul has lived in California since 1946. He graduated from Banning High School in 1963 and taught in Banning and in Juneau, Alaska before moving to Hemet in 1973. During his 30-year career with HUSD he taught third through eighth grade, also serving as Title I Coordinator and GED instructor. Mr. Bakkom has lived in the Idyllwild and Garner Valley area for the past 21 years, and is married with two adult children who graduated from Hemet High School.
